Shipping Details and Tracking

We offer global shipping through USPS and UPS. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Your purchase price includes shipping costs.
  • We ship the Secret Scope Camera from Fulfillment-X
  • Orders are processed and prepped for shipping within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 1 business day.
  • International orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Delivery usually takes between 12-18 business days depending on your location. Please be aware that shipping disruptions and customs processing may affect delivery times.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 60 days of receipt for a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging. Items must be in unused condition or may be mildly used for testing purposes (such as connecting to WiFi), provided they are undamaged and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • We do not offer refunds on products that have been used extensively or returned beyond the 60-day window

1. Repackage the Item

  • Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Items should be in unused or lightly used condition and free from damage.

2. Include Order Details

  • Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Alternatively, you may include a written note with your full name, order number, and email address to help us identify your return.
  • Important: Kindly write S1917 clearly on the outside of the parcel for faster processing.

3. Ship the Package
